During these times, you may hear music and activity from the property. Many guests enjoy the lively atmosphere and the convenience of having entertainment just steps away, but if you're especially sensitive to noise, we want to make you aware of this before booking.

✹ This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is designed for relaxing, peaceful stays. It is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules or allows unauthorized guests, all guests will be removed from the property without a refund.
✹ Contactless check-in is available via a keypad on the front door. A unique door code will be provided prior to arrival.
✹ This home has been thoughtfully curated for out-of-town guests. We love hosting guests who have prior experience with short-term rentals and positive reviews.
✹ We do not cater to local guests seeking an alternate venue for gatherings or events. We reserve the right to decline such bookings.

✹ The rental rate does not include daily housekeeping. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.

✹ Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited. This helps maintain the home’s condition and design integrity.
✹ Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour; after 2 hours, the fee increases to $130 per hour.
✹ Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
✹ This property is not pet-friendly.
✹ Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM, especially outdoors.

✹ Damage to the property may result in the following charges:
Pet-related cleaning: $500–$1,000+ (depending on severity)
Party-related cleaning: $750+
Smoking remediation: $500+
Towels: $20 each
Linens: $50 each
Comforter: $200
Duvet cover: $100

✹ Exterior security cameras are installed for monitoring purposes. A noise monitoring device is also installed inside the property.
✹ A $500 damage waiver fee is required for stays exceeding 30 days.
