Agreement

By booking a stay with Source One Stays you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

Booking and Payment

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Pricing includes nightly rates, cleaning fees, and applicable taxes. Source One Stays reserves the right to adjust pricing for special events, holidays, and peak seasons. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 14 days of checkout, minus any deductions for damages or policy violations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Source One Stays may offer credit toward a future stay at our discretion.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees. Self check-in is via keypad — access codes are sent the day of arrival.

Guest Capacity

Each property has a maximum guest capacity listed on its booking page. Exceeding this limit without prior approval will result in overage fees per additional guest per night, as detailed in your booking confirmation. Unauthorized events or parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

Pets under 30 lbs are welcome at select Source One Stays properties for a fee of $99 per pet. Pets must be crated or kenneled when left unattended in the property. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals. Service animals are exempt from pet fees with proper documentation.

Property Care and Damages

Guests are expected to treat Source One Stays properties with care and respect. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your payment method on file. Please report any pre-existing damage upon arrival.

House Rules

All Source One Stays properties are non-smoking. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Exterior security cameras may be present at some properties for safety purposes — camera locations are disclosed on each listing. Trash must be placed in designated bins before checkout.

Liability

Source One Stays is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests assume all risk associated with the use of property amenities including outdoor spaces, fire pits, grills, and recreational equipment.

Force Majeure

Source One Stays is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or severe weather. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide credit.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay will be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
